The Stackable Jacks Method (SJM)

The Stackable Jacks Method was developed through years of practical work in discovery, requirements management, and delivery across both Agile and traditional environments.
It arose from the need to bring clarity and structure back into projects where Agile practice had drifted into inconsistency — losing focus on purpose and outcomes.
SJM reconnects teams with the essential “Why” behind every decision and deliverable.
It frames context, exposes options, and clarifies priorities to create a shared understanding of scope and direction.
Proven to save time, build consensus, and accelerate informed decision-making, it turns ambiguity into structured insight.
